At Rubber Band, every product is handmade with care. Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, product preference, colour variation, size expectations, or slight handmade differences. Small variations are part of the charm of handmade crochet products.

Only Exception: Wrong Order Delivered

The only exception to this policy is if you receive the wrong item in your order. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and correct the issue.

• Photos of the item received
• Photos of the packaging, if available

Once reviewed, we will arrange the appropriate correction for the wrong order delivered.
