At Rubber Band, every product is handmade with care, often in small batches or made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are considered final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, colour or size expectations, or minor handmade variations.

These small variations are a natural part of handmade crochet products and make each piece unique.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item received
• Clear photos of the packaging

Once the details have been reviewed, we will contact you with the appropriate next steps.

Damage During Shipping

We carefully prepare and package every order before dispatch. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, its handling and transportation are outside our direct control.

For this reason, damage caused during shipping or courier transit is not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

We still encourage you to contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. While we cannot guarantee compensation or a replacement, we will review the situation and assist with any available courier-related steps where reasonably possible.
