Track Your Order

Thank you for ordering from Rubber Band. Every piece is handmade with care, so your order may go through a short making period before it is shipped.

How tracking works

Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking number with you. Most orders are shipped through DTDC. Sometimes we may use a trusted local courier such as Tirupati Courier.

You can use the tracking number on the courier website to check the latest delivery status.

Order journey

1. Order received: We receive your order details and confirm the item.

2. Handmade with care: Your crochet item is prepared by hand. This may take a few business days depending on the product.

3. Packed and shipped: Once packed, the parcel is handed over to DTDC or another courier partner.

4. Delivered to you: Your handmade piece reaches your doorstep.
